1. Scope of Representation

Your Sayyah ("the Group") acts strictly as a proxy and facilitator. We execute tasks based on the explicit instructions provided by the client. We do not assume ownership or liability for the underlying assets unless specified in a formal Management Agreement.

2. Transparency & Verification

To ensure absolute trust, the Group commits to providing video and photographic evidence for all physical tasks. Digital ledgers will be provided for all financial transactions handled on behalf of the client. Clients are expected to verify these reports within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Limitation of Liability

While Your Sayyah operates with maximum diligence, we are not liable for losses caused by government delays (e.g., FBR/NADRA processing), acts of God, or third-party service failures (e.g., courier delays). Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific task in question.

4. Ethical & Legal Conduct

The Group will not facilitate any transaction that violates the laws of Pakistan or the client’s host country. We reserve the right to refuse tasks that appear fraudulent or ethically compromised.

5. Payment & Refunds

Services are typically pre-paid. Refunds for cancelled tasks are subject to a processing fee and reimbursement of any on-ground costs already incurred by the proxy team.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We do not share client data, property locations, or financial details with any third parties except as required by the law of Pakistan for tax and regulatory purposes.

1. Information Collection

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about our services. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and details regarding your specific on-ground requirements in Pakistan.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used solely to facilitate the proxy services requested. We use it to communicate with you, verify task completion, and generate digital ledgers. We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

3. Data Security

We implement strict organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal information. Video and photo evidence of task completion is stored in secure, encrypted HD vaults accessible only to the assigned proxy team and the client.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal information. We may only share data with local authorities in Pakistan if legally compelled to do so (e.g., for property registration or tax filing purposes) or with vetted third-party contractors required to fulfill a specific task (e.g., a certified electrician or legal counsel).

5. Client Confidentiality

All proxy-client relationships are treated with the highest level of discretion. Our agents are bound by non-disclosure agreements regarding your identity and the location of your physical assets.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you or to request the deletion of your account and related data once all active management agreements have concluded.
